Olive Garden Breadstick Recipe
Have you ever experienced eating breadsticks baked at Olive Garden? They are always freshly-baked, lightly golden-brown, aromatic and of course extremely delicious. But donít think that itís impossible to bake breadsticks that will get you the restaurant taste without too much hard work. Olive Garden breadstick recipe will allow you to add breadsticks to your own family menu.
Breadsticks are quite easy to make. To bake them, you will need all-purpose flour, warm water, melted unsalted butter, active dry yeast, garlic salt and sugar. Take a large bowl and dissolve yeast and sugar there in warm water. Cover a bowl and leave for 10 minutes. Take one more bowl and mix flour and salt there. Then add this mixture to the first bowl. Add melted butter and mix until the ingredients fully combined. Dough has to be kneaded and rolled out into strips, which should be covered and left in a warm place for about an hour. Bake breadsticks in oven preheated to 400 degrees F for 6 minutes; then brush them with the butter mixture (melted butter and garlic salt) and continue baking for 7 minutes.
